MGM Resorts $45 Million Data Breach Settlement

If you were affected by the data breaches at MGM Resorts International in July 2019 or September 2023, you may be eligible to claim compensation from a class action settlement.

How much are the MGM Data Breach Settlement payouts?

• Documented Loss Cash Payment: Up to $15,000 for documented expenses related to the data breaches.
• Tiered Cash Payments: Flat payments based on the type of information exposed.

Details of the tiered payments include:

• Tier 1 Cash Payment: Estimated $75 for Social Security or military ID exposure.
• Tier 2 Cash Payment: Estimated $50 for passport or driver's license exposure.
• Tier 3 Cash Payment: Estimated $20 for name, address, or date of birth exposure.

Tiered Cash Payment amounts may be adjusted based on the total number of claims filed.

To claim an award, you must submit a claim form by the deadline when the MGM data breach settlement website goes live.

$45M Settlement fund

The settlement fund of $45 million will cover various costs and payments:
