If you purchased a discounted HP desktop computer, laptop, mouse, or keyboard directly from HP's official website (www.hp.com) between June 5, 2021, and October 28, 2024, you may be eligible to submit a claim for a cash payment ranging from $10 to $100 per item from a class action settlement.

HP Inc. has agreed to pay $4 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging that the company advertised misleading discounts on its website. According to the lawsuit, HP's promotional pricing was deceptive because the products were advertised as discounted for more than 75% of the time during the class period.

The plaintiffs claim this advertising practice misled customers into believing they were receiving significant discounts, causing them to pay more than they otherwise would have.
