
If you worked for Go Wireless as a wireless consultant, assistant store manager, store manager, or any other position earning sales commissions between May 2014 and July 2019, you may be eligible to submit a claim for a payment from a $13 million class action settlement.
Go Wireless has agreed to pay $13,000,000 to resolve allegations that it violated commission agreements and certain employment laws regarding the payment of sales commissions to its employees.
Who is eligible for a Go Wireless settlement payout?
To participate in this settlement, you must meet all of the criteria below:
- You were employed by Go Wireless at any time between May 2014 and July 2019.
- Your job role was one of the following:
- Wireless Consultant
- Assistant Store Manager
- Store Manager
- Any other position compensated through sales commissions
- You earned commissions from sales made at Go Wireless retail locations during your employment.
How much is the class action payment?
Pro Rata Cash Payment: Class members will receive a cash payment. The amount will be determined by the following:
- Your job position(s) held during the relevant period
- The length of your employment with Go Wireless
- The volume and types of sales commissions you earned
How to file a Go Wireless claim
To receive a settlement payment, class members must verify their identity by July 10, 2025. You can verify your identity online or download the form to print and mail to the settlement administrator.

Class members must provide the APEX ID included on the notice, along with the last four digits of their Social Security Number in order to verify their identity.
$13 Million class action settlement fund
The settlement fund of $13,000,000 will cover:
- Settlement administration costs: Up to $175,000
- Attorneys' fees: Up to $5,200,000
- Attorneys' expenses: Up to $850,000
- Service awards to class representatives: Up to $42,500 total
- Payments to class members that submit identity verification: Remaining settlement funds
Any leftover funds after these payments and distributions will be returned to Go Wireless.

When is the Go Wireless class action settlement payout date?
The final hearing is scheduled to take place on August 12, 2025. Payments will be issued to valid class members after the settlement is granted final approval.
Why was this class action lawsuit filed?
This lawsuit was initiated in 2017 by Allan Herdemian, who alleged that Go Wireless violated commission agreements and employment laws by improperly compensating employees who earned sales commissions. Go Wireless denies these allegations, asserting that all commissions were properly paid.
Both sides agreed to settle in February 2025 to avoid the risks and costs of continuing litigation.
