How much is the class action settlement payout?

Class members can claim one or more of the following:

  • Cash Payment A – Documented Losses: You can submit for up to $10,000 in unreimbursed financial expenses and losses directly linked to the data breach. Examples of eligible expenses include:
    • Bank fees
    • Professional fees (attorneys, accountants)
    • Credit repair services, including freezing and unfreezing costs
    • Identity theft insurance products (excluding those already provided by Greylock McKinnon Associates)
  • Cash Payment B – Flat Cash Payment: In addition to documented losses, class members can select to receive a pro rata cash payment. The amount will be determined by the number of valid claims filed.
  • Credit Monitoring: Class members can also select one year of free single-bureau credit monitoring services.
