• Pro Rata Cash Payment: Available to all class members, calculated based on the remaining settlement funds after other expenses.

The GIPA cash payment is specifically for Illinois residents, while the pro rata cash payment is available to all class members. The pro rata calculation involves dividing the remaining settlement funds equally among eligible claimants, with adjustments made if the GIPA payments reach their cap.
