The Settlement Class includes individuals who received a notice from Drug Free Workplaces USA, LLC in 2023 regarding the data incident.
How much can class members get?
- Ordinary Losses: Up to $475 for documented, unreimbursed losses such as bank fees, postage, and gasoline for local travel.
- Lost Time: Compensation of $17 per hour for up to four hours spent dealing with the data incident, included in the $475 cap for Ordinary Losses.
- Extraordinary Losses: Up to $5,000 for documented, unreimbursed monetary loss caused by identity theft resulting from the data incident.
- Credit Monitoring: Two years of identity theft protection and credit monitoring services.
For example, if a class member incurs $200 in bank fees and spends three hours dealing with the incident, they can claim $200 for Ordinary Losses and $51 for Lost Time, totaling $251.
How to claim an award
