Autobell Car Wash recently experienced a significant data breach that has raised concerns among its current and former employees. On April 7, 2024, the company encountered a network security incident that affected some of its operations. A thorough forensic investigation revealed that a limited amount of information stored on Autobell's network might have been accessed and/or acquired by an unauthorized individual.

These services include 24 months of credit and CyberScan monitoring, a $1,000,000 insurance reimbursement policy, and fully managed identity theft recovery services. Customers can enroll in these services by visiting IDX's enrollment page.

Additionally, Autobell has provided a dedicated response line at 1-877-225-2089 for further inquiries and support regarding the incident.
