If you worked as an SMB Account Executive at T-Mobile, you may be eligible to claim a portion of a $3,650,000 class action settlement.
T-Mobile has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the misclassification of employees as exempt from overtime pay.
Who are the class members?
Class members include individuals who worked as SMB Account Executives at T-Mobile and:
- You received initial training as an SMB Account Executive between March 1, 2021, and February 27, 2024.
- You worked as an SMB Account Executive during the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically from March 1, 2021, to February 27, 2024, in California, or from March 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, in other states.
These individuals are considered class members and are eligible to participate in the settlement.
How much can class members get?
Class members can expect to receive a portion of the settlement based on:
- The number of weeks worked during the training period.
- The number of weeks worked during the COVID-19 period.
The settlement fund is subject to deductions for attorney fees, administration costs, and taxes. The remaining amount is distributed to class members on a pro-rata basis.
How to claim an award
To claim an award, class members must complete and submit the claim form by December 30, 2024. The form can be submitted online through the online claim form or mailed to the Settlement Administrator.

Individual settlement payments are expected to be mailed by April 17, 2025.
