Rise Interactive $1M Data Breach Class Action Settlement

If you were notified by RGH Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Edgepark Medical Supplies or Rise Interactive Media & Analytics, LLC that your sensitive personal information was potentially impacted in a data incident, you may be eligible to claim up to $250 in reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses and an estimated $50 cash payment from a class action settlement.

Rise Interactive Media & Analytics, LLC has agreed to pay $1,000,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged unauthorized access to personal information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, provider information, diagnoses, expected delivery dates, and health insurance information.

Who can file a claim?

To be eligible as a class member, you must have been notified by Rise or Edgepark that your sensitive personal information was potentially impacted in the data incident.

The class members are those whose personal data was potentially accessed during the data incident that occurred in 2022.

How much are the payouts?

• Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses: Up to $250 with supporting documentation.
• Pro Rata Cash Compensation: Estimated at $50, subject to adjustment based on the number of claims.

If the total claims exceed the settlement fund, the cash payment amount may be adjusted on a pro rata basis.

Required documentation

Claimants need to provide proof of their out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to the data incident. This includes documentation such as receipts or statements for credit monitoring services.

How to file claim

Class members can file a claim online or download the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.

Claims must be submitted by February 18, 2025.

$1 Million settlement fund

The settlement fund of $1,000,000 will cover reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses, pro rata cash payments to class members, attorneys' fees, and administrative costs.

Class Counsel will apply for attorneys' fees not to exceed 33.33% of the net settlement fund, excluding administration costs.

When is the Rise Interactive Settlement payout date?

The awards will be paid after the final approval hearing, scheduled for March 11, 2025, and once the settlement is approved by the court.
