How much is the class action settlement payout?
- Pro Rata Cash Payment: Each approved claimant received an equal payment originally estimated to be between $19 and $48. Final amount was determined by the number of valid claims submitted.
- Final Claim Payment: In April 2025 the settlement administrator began issuing payments in the amount of $156.09 to class members with approved claims.
