_Editors note__: The Burnett settlement is one of three separate settlements in the cases collectively known as the "Real Estate Commission Litigation" class action lawsuits. You read about the other two at National Association of Realtors Settlement and Gibson Settlement._

If you sold a home and paid a commission to a real estate agent affiliated with Anywhere Real Estate, Inc., RE/MAX LLC, or Keller Williams Realty, Inc., you may be eligible to claim a portion of the $208,500,000 settlement from a class action lawsuit.

Is proof required to file a claim?

Yes, claimants need to provide proof of their home sale and the commissions paid.
