If you were notified by New Enchantment Group, LLC about a data breach, you may be eligible to claim up to $4,000 from a class action settlement.

New Enchantment Group, LLC has agreed to pay a settlement to resolve a lawsuit related to a 2023 data breach.

Who can file a claim?

To be eligible to claim a payout and/or benefits:

• You were identified by New Enchantment Group, LLC as having your personally identifiable information compromised.
• You received written or substitute notice of the data breach on either February 28, 2023, or June 6, 2023.

How much are the payouts and what are the benefits?

Class members can claim various benefits depending on their circumstances:

• Reimbursement for Attested Time
• Up to five hours at a rate of $30 per hour for time spent remedying issues related to the data breach
• Maximum of $150

• Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Costs
• Documented costs incurred due to the data breach, not exceeding $500, including bank fees, phone charges, and professional fees
• Maximum of $500

• Reimbursement for Financial Losses
• Proven monetary losses arising from financial fraud or identity theft, up to $4,000, if the loss is documented and traceable to the data breach.
• Maximum of $4,000

• Credit Monitoring Services
• Includes monitoring of credit reports with the three major credit bureaus, alerts about changes, dark web scanning, identity theft insurance, and assistance in resolving issues.
• Up to two years

• Alternative cash payment
• $75 if no other claims are made

How to submit a claim

To claim an award, you must submit a valid claim form. You can file a claim online or download the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.
