If you purchased an electronic ticket to the Museum of Sex in New York City through the museum’s website between August 29, 2022, and October 30, 2024, you may be eligible to submit a claim for a full refund of the service charge—$4.00 per ticket—from a class action settlement.

The Museum of Sex LLC and MoSex Exhibit 1 LLC have agreed to pay to settle a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit alleged that the companies failed to properly disclose service charges for online ticket sales, in violation of New York law.

How much is the class action payout?

Service Charge Refund: Class members with valid claims will receive a cash payment equal to the total amount of service charges of $4.00 per ticket paid.
