How much can class members get?

The settlement provides monetary payments to eligible class members. The exact amount each member receives will depend on their purchase records of La Pura Products. Payments are subject to a pro rata increase or decrease based on the net settlement fund after all eligible claims are processed.

• Calculation Example: If the net settlement fund is $3 million after expenses, and there are 10,000 valid claims, each claim might receive $300. If fewer claims are submitted, the amount per claim could increase.

The remaining funds, if any, will be distributed to the National Consumer Law Center under the cy pres doctrine.
