  • Alternative Cash Payment: In lieu of other benefits, you may claim an alternative cash payment estimated at $50.00.

How do I Get Paid?

Payments will be issued via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or paper check. You will need to provide the email address or phone number associated with your PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle account. If you choose a paper check, it will be mailed to the address you provided.

Settlement Fund Breakdown

The total settlement amount is $340,000. This fund will cover:

  • Notice and administration costs
  • Court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs
  • Court-approved service awards for class representatives
  • Settlement Fund taxes and tax expenses
  • Payments to eligible Settlement Class Members

The attorneys’ fees are not to exceed $113,333.33, and litigation costs are not to exceed $10,000. The class representative will receive a service award of $5,000. The remaining amount will be distributed to eligible class members.
