• Moments purchased directly from the Company: The Recognized Claim will be the total amount paid to the Company for the Moments purchased.
• Moments purchased in the secondary market: The Recognized Claim will be 5% of the total amount paid for the Moments purchased.

For example, if you purchased Moments directly from the Company for $100, your Recognized Claim will be $100. If you purchased Moments in the secondary market for $100, your Recognized Claim will be $5.

Yes, claimants need to provide proof to claim an award. You must submit a Proof of Claim and Release Form, which includes your identification number assigned by the Claims Administrator.
