How much will the Citizens Disability payout be?

Pro Rata Cash Payment: A equal payment to each approved claimant after fees and expenses are deducted from the settlement fund. Amount will be determined by the number of valid claims filed.

How to claim a TCPA class action payment

To claim a settlement payout, you must submit a claim form by the deadline of May 22, 2025. You can file a claim online or download the PDF claim form to print and mail to the settlement administrator.
