How to claim a Wells Fargo call recording payout
To claim a settlement payment, you must complete a claim form by the April 11, 2025 deadline. Class members can submit a claim online or there is also an option to download a personalized claim form to print and mail in.

When is the Wells Fargo call recording settlement payout date?
The final hearing is currently scheduled for May 20, 2025. Once the court grants approval to the settlements, payments will be mailed approximately 52 days after the approval date. Appeals can delay the process.

The lawsuit alleged that The Credit Wholesale Company, Inc. recorded calls to California residents, on behalf of Wells Fargo and two other defendants, without disclosing the recording, violating privacy laws.
