Adventureland $359,900.58 Ticket Fee Settlement

If you paid a processing fee to purchase a ticket to Adventureland’s Amusement Park in New York State from Adventureland’s website, you may be eligible to claim a full refund of the processing fees from a class action settlement.

L.I. Adventureland, Inc. has agreed to pay $119,966.86 to settle a class action lawsuit for allegedly failing to properly disclose a processing fee for tickets to its amusement park, in violation of New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07(4).

Who can file a claim?

You are eligible to be a class member if you meet the following criteria:

• You paid a processing fee to purchase a ticket to Adventureland’s amusement park located in New York State.
• The purchase was made from Adventureland’s website.
• The purchase occurred between August 29, 2022, and February 10, 2024.

The settlement aims to reimburse the processing fees paid during this specified period. It's important to ensure you fit these criteria to be eligible for compensation.

How much can class members get?

• For purchases between August 29, 2022, and November 9, 2022: Refund of 2.95% of the ticket price.
• For purchases between November 10, 2022, and February 10, 2024: Refund of 2.95% of the ticket price plus $1.25 per ticket.
