Who is eligible for a Wheat Thins settlement payment?
- Individuals over the age of 18 in the United States that purchased one or more of Wheat Thins products labeled "100% Whole Grain" for personal use between October 13, 2018 and the notice date.
- Only one claim per household allowed.

How much is the Wheat Thins class action payout?
- Without proof of purchase: You can claim $4.50 per household.
- With proof of purchase: You can claim $0.15 per unit purchased, up to a maximum of $20 per household. If you provide multiple proofs and the total does not exceed $8, you are eligible for a minimum of $8 per household.
How to claim false advertising settlement payment
To claim a settlement payout, a claim for must be submitted by the deadline. The claim form will be available 30 days after the court grants preliminary approval to the settlement. Class members will be able to file a claim online or print a PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.
