Section Detailing the Award(s) Class Members Can Claim

Under the proposed Plan of Allocation, there are two types of payments under the Walgreens settlement: the 'Class Member Payment' and the 'Walgreens Edison Subclass Member Payment'.

Each Class Member will receive a Class Member Payment based on the unreimbursed costs of their Theranos blood testing services according to Theranos’s customer records. This includes a Base Payment of $10.00 plus two times the total costs of their Theranos blood testing services during the Class period, minus any refunds already received from the 2017 Arizona Attorney General Consent Decree with Theranos.

$44,000,000 Settlement
