Class members can claim up to $6,500 for unreimbursed costs, losses, or expenditures that are fairly traceable to the ransomware attack and not covered under ordinary out-of-pocket losses. This includes costs related to identity theft, falsified tax returns, and other misuse of personal information.

If the total amount of approved claims exceeds the remaining settlement fund, the payments will be adjusted on a pro rata basis. For example, if the remaining settlement fund is $500,000 and the total approved claims amount to $1,000,000, each claim will be reduced by 50%.
