Who I file a claim?

To be eligible for this settlement, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be a resident of the United States
  • You must have purchased Deep River Snacks potato chips with the "Non-GMO Ingredients" graphic on the packaging
  • The purchase must have been made between February 2, 2017, and December 6, 2024
  • The purchase must have been for personal or household use, not for resale or commercial purposes

Each household is limited to submitting one claim form, which means all individuals living in the same dwelling are considered one household.

How much is the potato chip settlement payout?

The payout you can receive depends on whether you provide proof of purchase:

  • With Proof of Purchase: You will receive $5.00 for the first product and $0.50 for each additional product, with no limit on the number of products claimed.
  • Without Proof of Purchase: You will receive $5.00 for the first product and $0.50 for each additional product, up to a maximum of 10 additional products.

For example, if you have proof of purchase for 6 products, you could receive $7.50. If you claim 3 products without proof, you could receive an additional $6.00, totaling $13.50.

You can claim up to ten products without proof of purchase.

However, if you have proof of purchase, there is no cap on the number of products you can claim. Acceptable forms of proof include:

  • Receipts
  • Proof of online order
  • Email from a retailer
  • Credit card statements showing the purchase details

To claim your award, you can file a claim online or download the PDF claim form and submit it by mail.

$4 Million Settlement Fund

When is the Potato Chip Settlement payout date?
