- Pro Rata Cash Payments, final amount determined by the number of claims filed:

- 4-pack Unit: $3.00 per pack
- 8-pack Unit: $6.00 per pack
- 12-pack or 15-pack Unit: $9.00 per pack
- No proof of purchase claims will receive a minimum of $5 up to $16, depending on the number of products claimed.
- Claims with proof have no payment amount cap.
- One claim per household will be accepted.

- To receive a Poppi settlement payment you must submit a claim form, which will be made available once the settlement website is active.
