PillPack $6.5 Million TCPA Class Action Settlement

If you received a prerecorded or artificial voice call promoting PillPack's services as part of the PillPack Performance Media campaign between March 13, 2018, and June 16, 2019, you may be eligible to claim between $600 and $1,500 from a class action settlement.

PillPack LLC has agreed to pay $6,500,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Who can claim a payout?

To be part of the settlement class, you must meet the following criteria:

• You received a non-emergency telephone call promoting PillPack's goods and services.
• The call was made to your cellular phone using an artificial or prerecorded voice.
• The call was live transferred to a PillPack call center using the DNIS 866-298-0058.
• Your phone number was not obtained through specific websites such as Rewardzoneusa.com, Nationalconsumercenter.com, and others between June 19, 2017, and May 3, 2019.

If you received a notice of this settlement via email or mail, it indicates you might be part of the settlement class.

How much can class members get?

Estimated Payment Range: $600 to $1,500 per claimant, depending on the number of valid claims.

Class members who submit a valid claim form can expect to receive a payment estimated between $600 and $1,500. This amount will be determined based on the number of valid claims submitted and the net settlement fund after deductions.

The settlement fund will be divided equally among all valid claimants after deducting court-approved attorneys' fees, litigation expenses, and any service award granted to the class representative.

Ensure that mailed claim forms are postmarked by the deadline. Each class member is entitled to submit only one claim form.

Claim instructions

1. Visit the settlement website and access the claim form.
2. Fill out your personal information, including your name, address, and phone number.
3. Attest to the ownership or regular use of the phone number during the relevant period.
4. Select your preferred payment method: electronic payment or physical check.
5. Submit the form online or mail it to the provided address.

$6.5 Million settlement fund breakdown

The settlement fund of $6,500,000 will cover:

• Claimant awards to settlement class members.
• Costs of distributing notice and settlement payments.
• Court-awarded attorneys' fees and litigation expenses.
• A service award to the class representative.

Class Counsel will request legal fees of $2,166,450, which is one-third of the settlement fund, and costs of $347,000.

When is the PillPack Settlement payout date?
