Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation has agreed to pay $1,250,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged failure to provide adequate disclosures regarding the date contained on Milwaukee-branded bonded abrasive wheels. This settlement affects individuals who purchased these products between January 1, 2017, and April 18, 2024.
Who is Eligible?
To be eligible for an award, you must have purchased Milwaukee-branded bonded abrasive wheels at retail in the United States and its territories from January 1, 2017, through April 18, 2024.
The settlement covers a variety of Milwaukee-branded bonded abrasive wheels, including but not limited to:
- 12" x 3/32" x 1" Cut-Off Wheel
- 14" x 1/8" x 20mm Cut-Off Wheel
- 4-1/2" x .045" x 7/8" Cut-Off Wheel
- 5" x 1/8" x 7/8" Grinding Wheel
- 7" x 1/4" x 5/8-11" Grinding Wheel
How Much Can I Claim?
Proof of purchase is required to claim the maximum award of $100. If you do not have proof of purchase, you can still claim up to $20 per household.

To claim your award, you must submit a Claim Form online no later than 11:59pm PST on July 2, 2024.
