How much is the class action settlement payout?

Pro Rata Cash Payment: Claimants will receive a cash payment of approximately $399. Final payment amount will be determined by the number of claims filed.

How to claim a class action rebate

To receive a settlement payment, you must submit a claim form by the deadline of April 30, 2025. Class members can file a claim online or download and print the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.
