• You purchased a Horizon treadmill between June 9, 2018, and November 9, 2020
• The purchase was for personal, family, or household use
• The purchase was not for resale

How much are the Horizon treadmill settlement payouts

• Cash payment of a minimum of $15
• Payment may increase depending on the number of claims filed

• In addition to the monetary payment, claims can submit for one of the following:
• A maintenance package consisting of a treadmill lubrication kit and a fitness mat, valued at $50
• Two full months of a subscription to JRNY (mobile version), along with one JRNY tablet stand, valued at $50

How to claim a Horizon treadmill settlement payment

To claim an award, class members must submit a valid claim form by the claim deadline of April 30, 2025. You can file a claim online or download the PDF claim form to print and mail it to the settlement administrator.
