BaronHR agreed to this settlement to resolve these allegations without admitting liability or wrongdoing. The settlement allows both parties to avoid further litigation costs and uncertainties associated with a trial.

The settlement, approved by the United States District Court for the Central District of California on April 8, 2024, resolves these allegations without BaronHR admitting wrongdoing. The settlement also requires BaronHR to cease discriminatory hiring practices based on race, national origin, sex, or disability.
