How to claim a class action settlement payment

To receive a class action rebate, class members must submit a valid and timely claim form and W9 form. You can file a claim online, or you can mail in the claim form you received in the mail.

The settlement fund of $115,000 will cover the following expenses and awards:

  • Settlement administration costs: Up to $10,000
  • Attorneys' fees: Up to $34,500
  • Attorneys' litigation expenses: Up to $5,000
  • Service award to class representative: Up to $7,500
  • Payments to approved claimants: Class member fund estimated to be no less than $58,000 split pro rata

When is the Dependable Staffing class action settlement payout date?

Why was Dependable Staffing sued?

Dependable Staffing was sued by plaintiff Amber N. Pizl for allegedly violating RCW 49.58.110, a Washington state law requiring employers to disclose wage scales or salary ranges in job postings.
