Florida Condo Transfer Fees Class Action Settlement

If you were charged a Move-In or Move-Out fee by The Crimson Condominium Association, Inc. in connection with the sale, mortgage, lease, sublease, or other transfer of a condominium unit from July 1, 2018, to the present, you may be eligible to claim approximately $200 from a class action settlement.

How to claim a transfer fee settlement payment

To claim a payout class members must submit a claim form by April 28, 2025. You can file a claim online or download the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.

When is the Crimson Condominium settlement payment date?
