If you are a California resident who purchased a Cricut subscription between January 1, 2018, and October 18, 2024, you may be eligible to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.
Cricut, Inc. has agreed to pay $625,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged violations of California’s Unfair Competition Law, Automatic Renewal Law, Consumers Legal Remedies Act, False Advertising Law, and various common laws. The lawsuit claims that Cricut failed to adequately inform customers about the terms of its subscription renewal policies.
