How much is the data breach class action payout?

Class members who submit valid claims can receive the following:

  • Documented Loss Fund: Class members can claim reimbursement of up to $5,000 for documented financial losses directly linked to the data breach. This includes compensation for time spent addressing issues related to the incident, at $25 per hour, up to four hours ($100 total).
  • Non-Documented Pour-Over Fund: After paying Documented Loss claims, attorneys' fees, administrative costs, and service awards, any remaining funds will be distributed pro rata to class members who submitted valid claims without documentation. Each claimant can receive up to $300.

How to claim a data breach payment

To receive a class action rebate, you must submit a completed claim form by the June 20, 2025 deadline. You can file a claim online or print the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.
