Circles of Care agrees to settle data breach class action

If you received a notice of a security incident regarding the data security incident from Circles of Care, Inc., you may be eligible to claim up to $3,500 from a class action settlement.

Circles of Care, Inc. has agreed to pay $200,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

Class members are eligible to receive reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses and lost time incurred as a result of the data security incident, with a maximum claim amount of $500 for ordinary expenses and up to $3,500 for extraordinary expenses.
