Why is there a TCPA class action lawsuit and settlement?
This class action lawsuit was filed because it was alleged that Optum Community Health Workers, as part of the Optum at Home program, made artificial or prerecorded voice calls to wireless numbers without the recipients’ consent, in violation of the TCPA.
