Credit Bureau Services Association has agreed to pay $850,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The lawsuit, titled Daugherty v. How much is the class action settlement payment?
Class members with valid claims will receive a pro rata cash payment estimated to be between $35 and $85. The payment amount will be determined by the number of claims submitted and approved.

When is the TCPA settlement payout date?
