If you made a purchase at a Victoria’s Secret, PINK, or Bath & Body Works store between May 10, 2021, and August 8, 2021, and received a printed receipt that displayed more than the last five digits of your credit or debit card number, you may be eligible to a voucher worth up to $15 as part of a class action settlement.

Bath & Body Works, LLC and Victoria’s Secret Stores, LLC have agreed to pay up to $15,000,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA). Can I Claim an Award?

Eligible class members are categorized based on their purchase history between May 10, 2021, and August 8, 2021:

  • Consumers who made one or more purchases and received a printed receipt can submit a claim form to receive a voucher worth up to $15.
  • Consumers who made purchases at both Bath & Body Works and either Victoria’s Secret or PINK can submit claims for both stores and receive two vouchers, one for each store.

What Can Class Members Claim?

Class members who submit a valid claim form are eligible to receive a voucher worth up to $15 to use on any single purchase at a Victoria’s Secret, PINK, or Bath & Body Works store. If you made purchases at both Bath & Body Works and either Victoria’s Secret or PINK, you can receive two vouchers, one for each store.

For those who made purchases using My Bath & Body Works Rewards or a Victoria’s Secret branded credit or debit card and do not submit a claim form, an automatic voucher worth up to $5 will be provided.

  • Voucher for Single Purchase: Class members who submit a valid claim form will receive a voucher worth up to $15.
  • Automatic Voucher: Class members who made purchases using My Bath & Body Works Rewards or a Victoria’s Secret branded credit or debit card and do not submit a claim form will receive an automatic voucher worth up to $5.

Is Proof Required to Claim the Reward?

Yes, proof is required to claim the reward. Class members must submit a claim form to receive a voucher worth up to $15. If you made purchases using My Bath & Body Works Rewards or a Victoria’s Secret branded credit or debit card, you will automatically receive a voucher worth up to $5 without submitting a claim form.

How to Claim Your Award

To claim your award, you must complete and submit a claim form. You can file a claim online. Alternatively, you can submit your claim by postal mail. Ensure that your claim form is postmarked by July 16, 2024, or submitted online by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern) on the same date.

How do I Get Paid?

Once your claim is approved, you will receive a voucher that can be used towards a single purchase at Victoria’s Secret, PINK, or Bath & Body Works. The voucher will be sent to you and will be valid for six months from the date of issuance.

$15,000,000 Settlement Fund Breakdown

The total settlement amount could rise to $15,000,000. This amount will cover the vouchers for eligible class members, attorneys’ fees, and other administrative costs. Class Counsel will receive up to $3,000,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs, subject to court approval. Named Plaintiffs will request service awards of up to $5,000 each for their efforts in bringing the action.
