Who can file a claim?

To be eligible for this settlement, you must have received written notification from Ardagh Glass Inc. that your personally identifiable information was compromised in the data breach.

What compensation is available to class members?

• Credit Monitoring Services
• Class members can receive three years of credit monitoring and identity theft protection services, which include $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance. This service will be provided at no cost to you.

• Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses
• Class members can claim up to $11,000 per person for out-of-pocket losses incurred due to the data breach.
• Unreimbursed costs associated with fraud or identity theft, such as professional fees (attorneys, accountants, credit repair services).
• Miscellaneous expenses like notary, fax, postage, copying, mileage, and long-distance telephone charges.
• Costs for credit monitoring or other mitigative services incurred between April 23, 2021, and August 29, 2024.

• Reimbursement for Attested Time
• Class members can claim compensation for up to 5 hours at $25 per hour for time spent dealing with the data breach.
• You need to attest to the fact that you expended such time and describe how the time was spent.

• Pro Rata Cash Payment
• After all other claims and expenses are paid, any remaining settlement funds will be distributed on a pro rata basis to class members.

Claimants need to provide proof of their claim, including documentation for out-of-pocket losses and an attestation for time spent dealing with the breach.
