How much is the class action payout?

Class members can submit a claim for one or more of the following:

  • Identity Theft Protection Services: All class members can claim one year of identity theft protection services, including insurance coverage of up to $1 million.
  • Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Expenses: You can also claim reimbursement of up to $350 for documented expenses directly related to the data incident such as unreimbursed bank fees, costs of freezing or unfreezing credit, and other expenses.
  • Lost Time Reimbursement: Claimants who spent time dealing with the data incident can claim reimbursement for up to four hours at a rate of $20 per hour, totaling a maximum of $80. Lost time claims are included in the $350 Out-of-Pocket Expenses cap.
  • Reimbursement for Actual Monetary Loss: If you experienced actual, documented financial losses directly resulting from the cybersecurity incident can claim reimbursement up to $3,500. Losses must have occurred between February 6, 2024, and June 19, 2025 and be traceable to the data breach.

How to claim a class action rebate

To claim a settlement payment, you must submit a valid claim by the deadline of June 19, 2025. You can file a claim online or print a PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.

Required proof and information

  • Notice ID and Confirmation Code required to submit an online claim.
  • Out-of-Pocket Expenses claims require supporting documentation such as bank or credit card statements show unreimbursed fees, invoices for credit monitoring or freezing/unfreezing, and proof of other expenses incurred while dealing with the incident.
  • Actual Monetary Loss claims require proof such as a police report copy, proof of attorney or accountant fees paid to deal with identity theft or fraudulent tax returns, and proof of unauthorized purchases.
