Linda Nussbaum founded the Nussbaum Law Group, P.C. in 2015, having practiced as a senior partner and antitrust department chair at two prominent national plaintiff’s class action firms. Ms. Nussbaum has over 35 years of experience, has been repeatedly appointed as class lead counsel and recognized by courts throughout the country as a preeminent litigator. She has collected billions of dollars for plaintiff classes in cases in which she has served in the court appointed leadership. In addition to her class action practice, Ms. Nussbaum also has represented individuals and companies with substantial claims in individual actions including In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation and Packaged Seafood Antitrust Litigation.
