If you received a written notice regarding a data incident involving The Olympic Club, you may be eligible to claim compensation from a class action settlement.

Who are the class members?

The class members include all individuals who were sent a written notice of the data incident discovered by The Olympic Club on or about June 17, 2022.

How much can class members get?

• Ordinary Losses: Up to $500 for unreimbursed expenses and lost time (up to 4 hours at $22.50 per hour) related to the data incident.
• Extraordinary Losses: Up to $5,500 for documented monetary losses or fraud caused by the misuse of personal information.
• Credit Monitoring Services: Two years of one-bureau credit monitoring services.

Is proof required to submit a claim?

Claimants need to provide proof of their losses to claim an award:

• For ordinary losses, documentation such as bank statements, phone bills, and receipts for expenses related to the data incident is required.
• For extraordinary losses, proof of actual monetary loss or fraud is necessary.

How to claim an award

To claim an award, class members must submit a claim form by December 19, 2024. Claims can be filed online through the online claim form or by mailing a completed PDF claim form to the settlement administrator.
