If you received a notice from Systems East, Inc. about a data security incident in November 2023, you may be eligible to claim from approximately $75, up to $8,000 from a class action settlement.

How much can class members get?

Class members can choose between two types of compensation:

1. A cash payment of approximately $75, subject to pro rata adjustments based on the number of claims filed.
2. Reimbursement of up to $8,000 for out-of-pocket losses directly related to the security incident.

The $75 cash payment is an estimate and may increase or decrease depending on the total claims submitted.

What documentation is needed to submit a claim?

• The unique Notice ID and Confirmation Code from the postcard notice you received.
• Documentation supporting any out-of-pocket expenses claimed, such as bank statements or receipts.
