Who Can File a Claim?
To be part of the settlement, you must have placed one or more mattress orders on Saatva.com:
- California orders: from May 23, 2020, to May 23, 2024
- Oregon orders: from May 23, 2023, to May 23, 2024
How Much Can Class Members Get?
Class members can receive a $115 settlement benefit for each qualifying mattress order.
This benefit can be claimed as either:
- Cash Benefit: Paid by check or electronic payment.
- Credit Voucher: Store credit applicable to any purchase on Saatva.com.

$11,500,000 Settlement Fund
The settlement fund of $11,500,000 will cover the settlement benefits to class members, notice and administration costs estimated between $49,845 and $59,500, incentive awards of up to $2,500 for each class representative, and attorneys' fees and expenses up to $2,075,000.

When is the Saatva Mattress Settlement Payout Date?
