How much are the McDonalds Settlement payouts?

The settlement provides for individual Class Settlement Awards and PAGA Settlement Awards. The exact amount each class member will receive depends on the number of workweeks worked during the class period.

The Net Settlement will be distributed based on the total number of workweeks worked by all class members. For example, if the Net Settlement is $4,000,000 and the total workweeks are 100,000, each workweek would be worth $40. If you worked 50 workweeks, your award would be $2,000.

  • Class Settlement Award: Based on workweeks worked during the class period.
  • PAGA Settlement Award: Based on pay periods worked during the PAGA period.
