Who Are the Settlement Class Members?

You are considered a Settlement Class Member and may benefit from the Settlement if you fall into one of the following categories:

• California Class: All residents of California who purchased Woolite laundry detergent with "Color Renew" and/or "revives colors" from February 1, 2017, to May 1, 2023.
• New York Class: All residents of New York who purchased Woolite laundry detergent with "Color Renew" and/or "revives colors" from February 22, 2018, to May 1, 2023.
• Massachusetts Class: All residents of Massachusetts who purchased Woolite laundry detergent with "Color Renew" and/or "revives colors" from February 22, 2017, to May 1, 2023.

Exclusions to the Settlement Class include Reckitt, its affiliates, the presiding judge and their immediate families, and anyone who properly excludes themselves from the Settlement Class.

What Awards Can Class Members Claim?

Members of the Settlement Class who submit a timely and valid Claim Form can receive approximately $5.00 cash payment for each product that is claimed. Claimants can file for up to three bottles without proof of purchase. Claims for additional bottles require proof of purchase.

Products Included in the Settlement

The Settlement includes Woolite laundry detergent labeled with "Color Renew" and/or "revives colors." Woolite Delicates is not included.

Proof of purchase is required for claims of more than three bottles of the product.

How to Claim Your Award

To claim your award, you must submit a timely, valid Claim Form by December 19, 2023. Claim Forms can be submitted online at the official settlement website. You can also request a Claim Form by calling 1-855-338-1822 or writing to the Settlement Administrator.

The total Settlement Fund is $3,275,000. The actual cash payment amount per product may be more or less than the estimated $5.00. However, this will depend on the amount of valid claims received.
