RealPage Utility Management, Inc. has agreed to pay $1,800,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged unlicensed collection agency activities and charging administrative fees to Maryland tenants without a proper license. This settlement aims to compensate affected individuals and resolve the legal dispute without further litigation.
Can I Claim an Award?

To qualify, you must be listed as a potential Class Member on the official settlement website. If you are unsure about your status, you can contact the Settlement Administrator for verification.
Who is Excluded?

What Awards Can Class Members Claim?

For example, if you were charged higher administrative fees, your payment will be larger than those who were charged less. The exact amount will depend on the total number of valid claims filed. Additionally, the Named Plaintiff, Paul Moore, will receive a service payment of $15,000, subject to Court approval.
