Radiology Associates of Albuquerque, P.A. d/b/a RAA Imaging; and Advanced Imaging, LLC d/b/a High Resolution has agreed to pay $3,080,475 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged failure to properly safeguard the personal health information and personally identifiable information of patients. This settlement aims to compensate individuals affected by data incidents that occurred between July 22, 2021, to August 3, 2021, and from December 22, 2020, to July 15, 2021.

How much can I get?: Class Members can receive up to $400 for Ordinary Losses, up to $4,000 for Extraordinary Losses, up to $80 for Lost Time, and an estimated $80 Cash Payment.

What Can I Claim?
Class Members can claim several types of awards based on their losses and the impact of the Data Incident. The awards include reimbursement for Ordinary Losses, Extraordinary Losses, Lost Time, and a Cash Payment.
Ordinary Losses include out-of-pocket expenses such as bank fees, phone charges, and costs for credit reports and monitoring services. Extraordinary Losses cover unreimbursed costs related to identity theft or fraud. Lost Time compensation is available for time spent dealing with the effects of the Data Incident.
- Ordinary Losses: Up to $400 for documented expenses.
- Extraordinary Losses: Up to $4,000 for documented expenses.
- Lost Time: Up to $80 (calculated at $20/hour, up to 4 hours).
- Cash Payment: Estimated to be $80, subject to increase or decrease based on the total Net Settlement Funds remaining.

$3,080,475 Settlement Fund
The settlement amount is $3,080,475. This fund will be used to provide credit monitoring services, reimburse valid claims for Ordinary and Extraordinary Losses, compensate for Lost Time, and distribute Cash Payments to eligible Class Members.
The settlement amount was calculated to cover the costs of credit monitoring, reimbursements for documented losses, and other related expenses. The Cash Payment amount is estimated based on the remaining funds after all other claims are paid.
