How much is the class action settlement payment?
Class members can claim one or more of the following:
- Identity Theft Protection Services: Two years of one bureau credit monitoring services and identity theft protection services which includes up to $1 million in identity theft insurance.
- Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Up to $500 for documented expenses related to the data incident and incurred up to December 18, 2024, such as bank fees, gas for local travel, and fees for credit reports.
- Lost Time Reimbursement: Up to 4 hours at $17.50 per hour for time spent responding to the cybersecurity incident. This benefit may be combined with a Out-of-Pocket Expenses claim and is subject to the $500 cap.
- Reimbursement for Actual Monetary Loss: Up to $5,250 for documented financial losses caused by the data breach.
