How much can class members get?
- Time Spent: Up to 3 hours of lost time at $25 per hour, if at least one hour was spent dealing with the data incident.
- Ordinary Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Up to $400 for documented losses such as bank fees, phone charges, and credit monitoring services purchased between August 30, 2022, and October 9, 2024.
- Extraordinary Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Up to $2,500 for losses directly arising from identity theft or fraud resulting from the data incident.
Is proof required to submit a claim?
Yes, proof is required.
- For ordinary losses: Statements or receipts showing the expenses incurred.
- For extraordinary losses: Documentation showing the full amount of the claimed loss and evidence that the loss was more likely than not caused by the data incident.
