How much is the class action payout?

The settlement offers two types of payments:

  • Minimum Payment: Every class member will automatically receive a payment estimated between $50 and $100. No claim form required to receive a minimum payment.
  • Additional Claims: Class members can submit additional claims if they experienced specific payroll issues between September 25, 2022, and December 31, 2022:
    • Inaccurate Paychecks: Up to $200 if you identify one or more paychecks containing incorrect pay rates or inaccurately recorded work hours.
    • Missing or Late Paychecks: Up to $200 if you identify one or more missing or late paychecks.
